Three’s a charm! With the advent of the Festival dei Popoli cinema festival in November, Calliope Arts and the Florentine Press are gearing up to produce the third issue of the publication The Curators’ Quaderno, which is distributed in printed and digital versions to subscribers of The Florentine.

Its first edition, featuring Lola Costa and Il Palmerino captured the spirit of this expat English artist, who made Il Palmerino her raison d'être, both on and off canvas. 'Louise Bourgeois in Florence’ brings together the project’s four curators at the Museo Novecento and the Museo degli Innocenti, whose evocative reflections offer readers an inside look at what it takes to build two exhibitions for one of the twentieth century’s top sculptors: Louise Bourgeois. The publication’s third edition: ‘Women Trailblazers in Documentary Cinema’, will be released with TF’s November issue. I’d like to subscribe.
